Ingredients:-
· Green coriander leaves (dhaniya)- 100gm
· Green chilly (hari mirch) – 2
· Ginger (adrak) (optional)- small piece
· Garlic (lesun)- 2 to 4 cloves
· Lemon juice- 2 tbsp
· Roasted cumin seeds (bhuna jeera)- ½ tsp
· Salt to taste
· Sugar- ¼ tsp
Method:-
Grind all the ingredients in a mixer to make a green paste.
Tip:-
1. Instead of lemon juice you can add either amchur (mango powder) or 2tsp of yoghurt.
2. Always add sugar so that your chutney remains green.
